Detailed Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Delhi

Arrival at Delhi International Airport. After immigration formalities and baggage claim, we will meet you at the Arrivals Terminal and transfer you to your hotel. Hotel check-in upon arrival (standard check-in time is 14:00). India's capital is the main gateway to the country. Contemporary Delhi is a bustling metropolis that successfully blends the old and the new. We will take you to an Aarti ceremony to receive the blessings of the gods and begin our journey with good health and peace of mind. In Indian culture, we ask for good fortune by performing an Aarti ceremony and applying a tika (a sacred mark on the forehead made with colored powder, kumkum, or sandalwood paste).

Day 2

New Delhi

Enjoy a morning discovering Old Delhi and some of the capital's most important historical and cultural attractions. Visit Raj Ghat, the moving memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi. Continue through the Rashtrapati Bhavan district, home to major government buildings and the national parliament, as well as India Gate—grand examples of British imperial power. Visit the Salt March Memorial and Connaught Place, the commercial hub of the capital. Later, visit the beautiful Sikh temple Bangla Sahib, where you will feel peace and inner connection. End the day at the Swaminarayan Akshardham Temple, the largest Hindu temple complex in the world.

Day 3

Delhi to Agra

Drive to Agra (approximately 236 km). Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, visit Mother Teresa's Home.

Day 4

Agra

Morning visit to the Taj Mahal (closed on Fridays), an architectural marvel and timeless symbol of love. Built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, this white-marble monument took 22 years to complete and is one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Afterward, visit Agra Fort, also known as the Red Fort of Agra and locally called Lal Quila, located on the banks of the Yamuna River. Built in 1565 of red sandstone, it was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983. Inside, explore palaces and halls constructed by Emperor Akbar and later Mughal rulers.

Day 5

Jaipur – Amber – Jaipur

Breakfast buffet at the hotel. Optional participation in a Hawan ceremony, a Hindu ritual performed to bring positive energy and cleanse negative energy. Morning visit to Amber Fort. Explore the palace complex including the overlook of Maotha Lake, Jagmandir, Jai Mahal, and the Kali Temple with its gardens. Amber Fort, completed by Jai Singh I, hides a magnificent blend of Mughal and Hindu architecture. In the afternoon, visit local markets and textile workshops producing traditional Jaipur designs. Later, attend the Aarti ceremony at Birla Temple, a peaceful and sacred experience. In the evening, enjoy a traditional dinner with folk dances of Jaipur.

Day 6

Jaipur to Pushkar

After breakfast, depart by road toward Pushkar, one of India's oldest and most sacred pilgrimage towns. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and begin exploring this tranquil town set around the holy Pushkar Lake. Visit the revered Brahma Temple, one of the very few dedicated to Lord Brahma in the world, and stroll through the vibrant local bazaars. Pushkar's peaceful ambiance and spiritual charm offer a refreshing contrast to Rajasthan's bustling cities.

Day 7

Pushkar to Udaipur

Following breakfast, continue your scenic drive through the Aravalli hills toward Udaipur, the romantic "City of Lakes." Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and complete check-in. In the afternoon, enjoy a beautiful boat ride at Lake Pichola, visit markets, and visit marble factories.

Udaipur

After breakfast, embark on a guided city tour of Udaipur, renowned for its royal heritage and picturesque lakes. Visit the grand City Palace, offering panoramic views over Lake Pichola, followed by the beautifully carved Jagdish Temple. The rest of the day is free for leisure, allowing you to explore local markets, enjoy a lakeside walk, or relax at the hotel.

Udaipur to Jodhpur (via Ranakpur)

This morning, drive toward Jodhpur, stopping en route at Ranakpur to visit the magnificent Jain Temple of Adinath, celebrated for its exquisite marble carvings and 1,444 intricately sculpted pillars. Continue onward to Jodhpur, the famed Blue City of Rajasthan. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and check in. The evening is free for relaxation after the journey.

Jodhpur
